Building Partnerships Engineers Without Borders is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership involves the implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while involving and training internationally responsible students. EWB Kenya Project
This project, which began in 2007, has implemented and is researching electrical improvements, clean water delivery methods, sanitation systems, and educational opportunities.

EWB Peru Project
Araypallpa, Peru is a modest community of 260 indigenous subsistence farmers in the Andean highlands. The community has a water source with fecal coliform, problematic sanitation system, and no electricity.

EWB Thailand Project
This is EWB-UCSB's first project and was completed in 2004 after successfully building a dormitory and sanitation system.
